We want to make everyone aware of a Proposition on it's way to the Citizens of Arizona for November.  It is designed to add a Real Estate Transfer tax that will bilk you up to almost 2  percent of the value of your Real Estate.  This will happen whether you sell or place into a trust. 

What is most alarming is the way the Proposal is worded.  In order to defeat it you must vote YES.  It's very rare that you vote YES to defeat a tax.

By voting YES, you are approving a citizens' inititive that will amend the Arizona Constitution and provide the best protection we can have against a Double Tax on our homes.
