Kind of hard to miss since this year they aren't sticking with intersections but are posting mid street all over town! Mr. Huppenthals signs catch my interest because he is so education orriented. Promising 'reading' by 3rd grade! Um, am I just that out of the loop? In my day we were reading in 1st grade, certainly by second. By third we were doing more complex tasks.

Has education in America... Arizona in particular, gone so backwards that we cannot guarantee reading until 3rd grade? Meaning some aren't reading until 4th?!

Kathy paused, blinked twice and said, "So, it's thems that has it and thems that dont!"

At the Northeast corner of First and Limberlost. On the return trip we pulled in to see what it was all about. Their motto is EAT, RELAX, ENJOY. You certainly can with the pleasing and whimsical interior. A 'Fresh Alternative' to fast food their menu includes Wraps, Salads, Grilled Hot-Wraps, Panini, Sandwhiches, Flatbread Pizza, Smoothies, and their own Camille Kids' Menu.

They have a New! Breakfast menu and open at 7am Monday-Friday, Saturday's at 8am and Sunday's at 10am. They close Monday-Saturday at 8pm and close at 6pm on Sundays.

They have daily specials that they advertise. It just so happened that Tuesday's special is what they call BOGO TUESDAY. Buy one entree & beverage at regular price and receive a second entree of equal or lesser value for FREE. SCORE! Charles had the Cafe Chicken Salad Sandwich which was very tasty and more than ample and I had the Turkey Habanero Panini. Not to worry, this habanero barely lets you feel it's heat. The perfect accent to the mango dressing. If you're into sharing either of these plates would be enough for two people. (and as you can see we're not exactly dainty!) We would definately recommend you check out Camilles and tell us what you think!
